That's a good deal for this soup maker which I considered before opting for an alternative for a tenner less @ £29.99 (was £34.99) you can get an alternative brand (Silvercrest Cook n mix) from Lidl which holds 1.7 ltrs and as well as chunky or smooth soup also cooks/steams/boils, blends, reheats, pulses and has a 4 egg basket for boiling eggs and recipe leaflet.
Great item since I had stomach surgery and was on pureed food for a month.
Heat added

Lidl at Wallsend had plenty stock yesterday in white or "red" when I was there but Wrekenton didn't.
You'd need to check with your local store though

These are brilliant. Soup in 21 mins without the hassle. If not near a Dunelm, Morrisons are doing them at £39 at the moment

i bought this model from Lidl last year. It is so easy to use and clean. Just chuck any veg you have in the freezer, a bit of stock, switch on and in 21 mins you have lovely healthy soup.

I had the same issue. It was because I was putting just boiled stock in and it caused the thermostat to trip. Make the stock first leave it to cool a bit then crack on
