Got one of these from Groupon for the same price a couple of weeks ago.

Would any anyone recommend this for elderly ladies with dexterity problems ? That's not me by the way ;)

I got one of these for my elderly Mum...& it does make good soup...but the blender part died after 6months (though replaced by manufacturer). I ended up making all the soup as my Mum found it awkward to use..

I have had mine for over a year now and use it weekly all winter to make good soup for lunches. Just throw in all your ingredients then choose chunky or smooth soup and 20 to 30 minutes later your ready to go. Wouldn't be without it now.
