Starting this Thursday the 10th December and running for 4 days Morrisons is running a £4 festive feast! This consists of the following items:

2 x `M' `The Best Tomato, Mature Balsamic Vinegar and Basil Soup (600g / £1.60 each)
1 x British Boneless Pork Loin Joint (around 900g / £6.50 each)
1 x Seasonal Vegtable Pack, consists of sprouts, carrots and potatoes. (80p each)
1 x Strawberry Family Trifle. (600g, £1.50 each)

Total cost if buying normally is £12, but save £8 when you buy them ALL TOGETHER over the 4 days for a crazy £4! You must buy all the items together at the same time to qualify for the £8 saving.

Enjoy!

This year I thought I wouldn't bother doing the £25 Morrisons shopping voucher thing because I didn't want to commit to £40 a week at Morrisons for 5 weeks.

Now it's too late to start one and they have come out with some of the best deals I can remember.

I just hope the farmers who supply the pork haven't been coerced into supplying at a loss. If Morrisons want to do these deals they should absorb the loss and not the supply chain. Or am I being too optimistic about how they operate?!
#18
I've got a spare "week 2" reciept if anyones short of that one.
#19
*In the southern stores the flavour of the soup will be different - just a heads up!

(just 3.60 to staff!) Just a reminder make sure you get ALL the items listed and DOUBLE check you have them otherwise you will pay a lot more than you bargained for.:w00t: x

They will be all together guys on an end somewhere for sure, there has been massive header boards delivered specifically for that purpose. If they are not together in your store then they have messed it up haha.

Nah, Morrisons will take the hit for it mate, there is no way they would force the farmers to lose money on that amount of stock that they will lose for this offer..
#25
Thanks for this one

We are kinda a captive audience with Morrisons they are just down the road from us and all the other big stores are other side of town so it cost more in fuel than we save at the till, so offers like this are great to have:)

Heat and rep added:)

The Poynton store is quite small - replaced a Somerfield.
The last time a decent offer was on the Morries website it said in small writing 'exludes the Poynton store'

Much as I love these meal deals am I the only one who goes to buy, only to find that they don't have the full selection?
#39
Thanks op this made my day.

I am a student so the soups will last me two days. I can cook the meal and eat one and fridge the other. If there is enough pork left I can make pork sandwiches with a bit of apple sauce. And the trifle will last about 2-3 days.

Off to Moggies 2moz. :):):):)
