Great considering the price of eggs lately

They have an awesome deal at the moment on free range eggs, too; you can get a huuuge tray of eggs (maybe 18?) for hardly anything either, great offer but i'm afraid I can't remember the exact price. Worth having a look though if you like the chickens to have a bit of a better life.

Tesco had the same - £1-something, nearly £2 I think. Definitely go for the Free Range ones, I could never buy the evil ones!

Cracking deal, eggcellent!:-D

I take it they are from chickens living in appalling conditions in cages where they can barely move? Pay a bit more and get free range, for the benefit of the chickens and ourselves (more natural = better quality = more healthy).

Avoid them if they are not free range as the chickens suffer a dreadful life also they are full of nastys if they are from battery birds[remember the salmonella outbreak a few years ago].So do your bit for animal wellfare and avoid.

buying only free range IS doing something about it. no demand and they stop selling them.
