Not that cheap for home brand when you can get branston for £1.30ish for 4.

That review in the op seems off as asda chosen by you are horrid and m&s generally score in the top 3 on taste tests.

They conducted a baked beans taste test without Branston Baked Beans.
What a sham!
No wonder Morrisons won.

These are the only beans that I buy. A few years ago I did a survey among Morrisons, Asda, Tesco, Aldi/Lidl and some discount stores - these had the highest protein content, good other stats, good beans versus liquid ratio, tasted good, and were good value in the 4-pack at £1.17.

Walk around the car park first to pick up a parking charge refund sticker (max 80p) - buy five 4-packs for £4.20, or 21p per tin. Super hott!

These are the only beans that I buy. I did a taste & ingredients test a few years ago and these had pretty much the highest protein content, just the right amount of beans versus liquid, tasted good, and were good value in the 4-pack at £1.17.

IMHO... these beans are naff. the sauce doesn't stick to the beans! morrisons "savers" beans at only 25p a can beat these and all other supermarket "own" beans. tesco's own beans are worst..
