Who is "highly acclaiming" them?

Good price but imagine there will still be added sugar, salt and other preseratives in them.

Best to just eat make meals from basic ingrediants i.e. just eat as non processed as possible.

I agree in principle, (and in practice too as I am stuck with it as I need to eat a low carb diet for insulin resistance, and cooking it myself is now just about the ONLY way I can eat at all!),

BUT...... that's all well and good if cooking it yourself means you then tend to eat too much - the one benefit ready meals have is the portion size is greatly controlled, and I know of several people who have effectively lost weight using them as a diet method, so they do have their uses, as well as being very convenient for the culinarily challenged!

Disgusting! Ready meals should be banned! They are full of salt and sugar! I wouldn't insult my stomach by eating one! Oh, and the healthy options ones have more salt than regular ones, to make up for the lack of taste!
