I have just been into Morrisons (Lea Gate Bolton) and in the reduced section they had a Morrisons Saver 2 Slice Toaster in white reduced to £1.25 from £5.00 I bought 1 and there was 11 left, I asked the assistant who said they were being reduced as a new model of toaster was replacing this one so other Morrisons stores will be getting the new model . You can't go wrong at this price.

I'd put the lever down everyday knowing I'd paid £1.25, even though it's perfectly fine.

A week later, it would owe me another £5 quid because I'd be on amazon buying a fire extinguisher.

I know somebody who takes a toaster on foreign holidays and leaves it / gives it away at the end of the holiday. Ideal for that.

I don't get the reference to fire. Surely this must be thoroughly tested in the first place by Morrisons
before being sold. great find OP.
