Morrisons are offering a good deal on their own brand 1 litre cartons of 100% squeezed (not from concentrate) Spanish orange juice. They are selling them for 65p each. I usually get the smooth variety but I think this also includes the one with the bits!

The Tropicana equivalent usually sells for £1.62!

I think it was only the orange but don't hold me to that :) !

Good deal - voted hot

Bought some at the weekend, tasted like concentrate and not freshly sqeezed, not the same quality as tropicana or maybe I just got a bad batch.
#7
I agree. I bought some of this the other day, thought it was a bargain, but it turned out to be very bitter. I'll stick to tropicana from now on.
#8
I had the same experience too, I m not 100% sure it is "not concentrate" as it stated. They cant beat Tropicana ...
I saw this offer 2 days ago but I just wasnt tempted after first experience.
Good offer tho!

Apple juice is better, still not a bad deal!
#10
Its meant to be bitter as its made from spanish oranges. Don't be expecting a tropicana like taste
#11
Well nevertheless none too tasty in my opinion
#12
I've bought this loads (prefer it with bits)...always been very nice, although I still prefer their Clementine Juice!
#13
Why was the model staring at the orange carton? Because it said concentrate....,
#14
Cheap, but not very nice. I'll pay a bit more and stick to Tropicana. Thanks for the post, though. Voted hot, because if you like the stuff, it's a cheap buy.

Heat Added and taste fine to me... (purchased 6)

Really nice, going to buy our second batch shortly. Voted Hot

Good price. But the Spanish orange juice does not taste that nice

Minute Maid and Tropicana are very nice but unfortunately the OH got some of this - does taste like concentrate....
#19

#20

Why should Spanish oranges mean that it's meant to be bitter - I've drunk freshly squeezed oranges in Spain and it's tasted like freshly squeezed oranges anywhere else in the world?

I've also bought "freshly squeezed" orange juice that tastes like **** and nowhere near as nice as concentrate....:x I never buy it again......

Tropicana is the benchmark O.J. IMNSHO

I don't mind if it's slightly bitter....know it's going to be a lot better for you than concentrate. And my wallet seems to appreciate the £s saved from Tropicana too. Voted Hot.

Told by my local Morrisons that this has now expired - their offers run Wed to Tue, like Somerfield. This may well only apply to High Wycombe though...
