"Staff lack training in courtesy to the customers. When a complaint is made to a manager it is not hard to see why the stores are run so badly as they look as though they can barely read or write let alone oversee staff"   FITCHET |
"Round our way the Morrisons supermakets are much nicer / cleaner than any of the rivals, is always well stocked and generally friendly staff. The bigger stores have counters for the following; deli, pies, cooked chicken / meats, salad bar, bakery and AV. They usually have a lot of BOGOF and better t"   makkax1 |
