Yummy malt. Never seen it at a price this low.

Was very tempted to buy in the past but could never quite afford it.

The Beast of Dufftown
Mortlach is a "best kept secret" amongst those in the whisky know, with previous limited quantities being snapped up by whisky enthusiasts.
A complex and bold Mortlach with the exquisite balance of sweetness and dryness for which the distillery is renowned.
Mortlach's striking and luxurious packaging, which boasts standout quality makes it the ideal gift for the discerning whisky drinker.
2015 Silver Outstanding Medal Winner - International Wine & Spirits Competition
IWSC Awards Tasting Note: Power driven nose with range of grains where notes of oats, bran and barley all play a part. Full in the mouth with fresh, ripe stone fruit and citrus. Intense and tart malty note. Smooth across the palate with a honey sweetness that adds to the smoothness. Then finishes with a delightful dry nip.

I guess we all value things differently. I've had my eye out for this partiuclar 50cl bottle at a decent price since I sampled it at whisky tasing in Soho. They were selling it for £55 and i wasn't prepared to cough up at that price.

At £37 i'll bite and be happy I got a good deal.

I've sampled many whisky and bourbons through the years, and more expensive doesn't always mean nicer. My brother in law and I have very different tastes and quite often prefer different things.
