Sorry if there is a thread like this that already exists, but seeing as i've taken advantage of three recent £10 vouchers, i thought i'd start a list.

It's simple... find a product cheaper than on the mothercare website and mothercare will price match it. If the price of the product is over £20 on the competitiors website mothercare wiil also send you a free £10 voucher. This is for a limited time only.

Once you've found a product, ring 0844 875 5133 to make your order. Tell the sales person the mothercare product number and the competitors website it's cheaper on. Also confirm you'll be getting a £10 voucher to be on the safe side.

Some people have managed to get a voucher even if the product is under £20 due to various mothercare sales staff not understanding their own t&c's.

At the time of posting this, these deals below seem to qualify but i'm not sure what mothercare class as a competitor.

Good post OP but I don't like it when companies 'employ' you to price check their goods....very lazy of them.

Take your point, but if there's something you were going to buy anyway, £10 for a few minutes work is superstar wages!

Angelcare AC401 monitor £79.99 (Amazon £69.99)

The travel cot and baby bouncer look like a good deal. Can you get the order delivered to store to save on delivery charges?
#17
Trunki blue or pink £29.99
Amazon £21.95 & £21.98
#18
SpoonyBoy great vouchers.
Yes you can get delivered to store but can usually get free delivery on a price match, probably more so if the competitor offers free delivery.
I'm wary of ordering online incase the competitors price changes before i ring the price match tel no.

Thank you for this - have ordered two of the penelope trunkis on the same order and it was confirmed I'd get £20 gift voucher back. Plus they're sending via free delivery.

Granted it's a bit silly them having the voucher for pricematching anyway, but given their financial situation and them closing a fair chunk of their stores over the next year, organized sponging and abuse of the system like this will no doubt see them close the rest, too.

Cold.

Any idea how much they refund if you use a discount code?
e.g. Maxi cosi cabriofix in black reflection is £125.00 at Mothercare and £89.99 at John Lewis. If I order from Mothercare and use the £20 off £100 code so pay £105, do you think they'd refund £15.01 (125 - 20 - 89.99) or £35.01 (125 - 89.99)?
I know I could just try it but am not in a rush so could hang on and see if I can find it for less than £90 somewhere else.

Thinking about it, I expect it'd just be £15.01. Price matching brings the item below £100 so the discount code wouldn't apply then.

Not what the BBC are displaying on their web site. Yes they are shutting 100 stores but they are not near administration and made £8 million last year.

Whilst sales are week they look strong enough to sale this through

Yesterday's news, see post 11 (only joking).

twilight, if you're able to just ring the number in the op and order over the phone. I'm a bit wary of ordering anything online in case the price changes on the competitor website by the time you get mothercare to price match it.

Alternatively, you could move onto another thread if you don't like this one.
FWIW mothercare have come up cheapest on a few items i've searched for as some of their items are half price.
Sorry for trying to be helpful.
