Phone arrived this morning, as described not a mark on the handset. Also as described, no original box or documentation, no charger, no plastic screen cover, no problem quick delivery and like new perfect condition.
Unfortunately the screen froze on the first set up screen. I reset by holding power button for +8 seconds and tried again same result.
Decided that like new was maybe not a good option and tried to reject the phone under o2 "changed your mind" procedures. Not impressed with o2 customer services they didn't listen to my request that I wanted to reject the phone as I have changed my mind. They insisted that they try to fix the problem and suggested I disconnect the battery, when I pointed out it was none removable they got a bit shirty with me. After I asked to be put through to complaints I was eventually put through to returns. A breath of fresh air, dealt with my request and emailed returns documentation. Phone now on way back to o2 and I await my refund once they have it back in their hands in the condition it left them. What I learned Like New is OK but expect the handset may still have problems, I wanted an emergency phone but didnt want hassle. I'll buy new instead

This is why I won't use O2 (nor will anyone else in my family), their CS is absolutely appalling.

XA has a poor battery. MotoG3 still has a great battery life

I still went with the XA though as it has an extra 1gb ram.
