quidco £5 for a PAYG phone.

The Motorola MOTOFONE F3 is a very unique mobile phone. Boasting the slimmest frame of any Motorola phone to date it is beautifully designed communication device.
Looking past the 9mm thin modern design and the sleek minimalistic fascia the MOTOFONE F3 hides its most advanced feature its screen.
It uses a completely new technology called electric ink (EPD). This is an extremely energy saving way of displaying data on the screen because it only uses energy when visualization needs to be modified. This means that it will continue to show data even if you take out the battery without switching the phone off in advance. The EPD screen provides a high contrast black and white image that can be seen clearly under direct sunlight.
The MOTOFONE F3 is a perfect phone for a beginner or just someone who wants a basic phone to basically communicate. Not only is it perfectly simple its very attractive and one of the most innovative phones on the market.

A couple of weeks ago they had this phone for 4.99 and you got back 5.00 from Quidco. Needless to say I grabbed a few!! Not a particularly fantastic phone, but who can complain when its free.

I got one of these from TJ Hughes for my dad and it was pretty tricky to text on. The characters on the display are so large that long words wouldn't fit on the screen. I paid £5 which included £1 of credit and no topup was required. I've since bought a replacement Nokia for him which is much more intuitive to use.

Don't you mean very unfriendly user?
#16
Or: user unfriendly ;-)
#17
sorry, these are terrible phones. waay to basic, which would be fine if they were user friendly, but they're really fiddly.

just buy a cheap se or nokia.

Bought one of these for my 11 year old and he stuffed it into his cricket bag and forgot about it. Six weeks later he dug it out and called me up on it. They may be tacky and look like they're stamped out of cardboard but they make calls and the battery lasts ages. Sometimes that's all you want.
#19
i ordered one for my old man, he makes calls thats it so does the job
#20
These are a waste of money, my dad bought one for work and its just impossible to get on with it, text is far to big and you are scrolling endlessly to read messages.
#21
found £3.99..unlock on ebay if it isnt
#22
I got one of these on a previous deal and they really are terrible. Easily the worst phone i have ever used (and I've tried my wife's Samsung :-D)
#23
I think its time for them to throw it for free!!!
#24
referal link takes via tracker....
#25
An excellent deal... BUT, its the worst phone ever!

Would not want it for free.
#26
Superb little basic phone. It does what a phone should do and it does it extremely well. Really good battery life too.
#27
These are still available.

Price of a chippy tea for four... :p

THis phone is horrible to use, difficult, and REALLY ******.

If you want to get a cheap phone, you can get samsung b100 for only £2 more. its a normal phone, but just has less features. Cheap and Cheerful, rather than this F3, which really is cheap and ******.

DONT THINK THIS PHONE IS EASY AND BASIC!!! Its not. It was designed for the 3rd world to last AGES and AGES without a charge.

DO NOT BUY THIS, if you really want to, TRY ONE FIRST!!!
#29
Where is said B100 deal?

It amazes me how angry some people get when discussing this phone. I'm also amazed that anyone who is capable of switching on a personal computer could have problems with this phone's limited and basic functions.

It took me 15 minutes, at the most, to set it up and learn how to use its unique, yet intuitive, interface.

However, be warned, if you have a learning disability or a short attention span, if you were overexposed to television at an early stage of your childhood, or you suffer from irritability, sleep deprivation, temper tantrums etc, it is likely that you may have difficulty with this simple device.
#31
Lol. A phone for less than the price of a big mac meal and people complain!
#32
I ordered one and had a few problems with them paying out on the £10 credit, it comes with a "top up certificate" and a 0845 number to call they wanted to give me £5 after a little moan they decided to give me £10 afterall...be warned!
