e2save.com have the Motorola on Virgin Pay As You Go for just £2.99 when you buy £10 airtime, a package price of £12.99 delivered. If you wish you can also purchase via QuidCo.com for £7.50 cashback... meaning that for just £5.49 you can have the phone and £10 airtime - a great stocking filler, first phone or one for those glovebox emergencies!!

The Motorola FONE F3 is just 9mm thick and has a unique display that uses digital ink. Motorola's Clearvision electrophoretic display consists of particles suspended in fluid, which each have a light and a dark side. The particle can be flipped using an electric charge and the effect of this unique technology is that the display can be read even in direct sunlight. The FONE F3 is a basic phone yet it is robust, light and slim. This makes it ideal as a second handset for taking out and about when you don't want to be carrying your main phone around with you.

**Edit: There is now a special merchant added to QuidCo called "e2save Motorola F3" which will take you straight to the deal.

You' may be better off going through Quidco to the Virginmobile shop, logging in, and buying a Nokia 2310 for £9.99 and that includes £10 of airtime on a voucher.
You can use the voucher on any Virgin payg phone. Delivery is £2.99
The Quidco is also £8.
#10
Does anyone know if i can buy it and use the credit on my existing VM phone?

super slim, battery life of 2 weeks standby, dead easy to use, can ring and message like any other phone, will cost you pennies, big brand name, working alarm clock, works abroad and you wouldn't be mortified if you lost it while lashed - Seriously, all the hallmarks of a terrible spare? :w00t:

Okay, so duckmagic's link brings the phone up at 2.99, but going through the Quidco link brings it up at 6.99. How, then, do you get Quidco on this. And why is the link through here a different price?

Put Motorola in the search and choose PAYG phones. That will bring it up at 2.99 and 6.99!!

Probably not. E2save and CPW add it to the sim.

also, don't forget the £2 virgin mobile credit when you register online

link from Quidco
on E2 index menu (left side of screen) place your pointer over Motorola
a mini menu pops up with Contract or PAYG, click on PAYG
this brings up all the Moto PAYG phones (surprise :-D )
there should be 2 F3 Blue links, 1 at £2.99 and the other at £6.99

that's what I see anyway

if i bought this and got quidco

could i get quidco on another phone if i bought them separatly?

i.e is it 7.50 per person, or 7.50 per phone (15 for 2?)

id like one of these as a spare for 4 quid or whatever it is, tempted to upgrade my main phone to a u600, 85 quid! or 77.50 with quidco on o2, bargain as well, my mate paid 150 just 2 months ago from p4u

Make sure you clear cookies between each transaction. That way you will get 7.50 for each phone ordered.

Lol nothing easy about Quidco and queries, especially from a market stall like e2save.

Just to confirm what a few people were asking - the credit will be in the form of an eTop-up no sooner than 7 days after you receive the phone, sometimes longer. It will be credited to the sim that comes with the phone. If you have a problem with the phone they will refuse to refund the airtime so you lose £10 unless u go to trading standards.

The phone itself is awful, standby is 5-7 days at the VERY best. Texting (receiving and sending) is like been transported back to 1995 with it's 1x line (yep ONE line) screen for messages. It is missing about 40% of a basic phones features like settings of different types.

The only good thing is it's thin, and if you were to lose it whilst out on the **** you would be left with a warm feeling of relief.

I got one of these from e2save back in august when they were £7.99 plus £10 airtime. The stby time is about 7 days. phone works well for making phone calls :)
The phone came unlocked with a Virgin SIM that already had £5 credit. The £10 was added after 8 days and there was another £2 added for registering on the Virgin site. So if this is the same you could end up with £17 airtime and a free phone for an outlay of £5.49 (£12.99 - £7.50 Quidco)

Ive never got mmy £10 credit from e2save with out keep ringing them which kind of defeats the purpose.

Im still waiting for the last one of these F3's credit to appear and also on a Samsung 250 i bought off them
#36
excellent price nice spot op. bought one to throw in my fishing box instead of taking my expensive phone.
well happy
thanks again quack , quack

When you register the phone online at the virgin site you get another £2 airtime so you end up with £12 airtime on a phone that costs £12.99 all in, if you go through quidco and get £7.50 back you're £6.51 better off!
#38
Excellent post - hot hot hot :-D

If you've got another PAYG Virgin sim already (one of the free ones with a fiver credit on) can you use this as soon as you get the phone and then use the tenner with this phone a week later when its active, or do you have to have the sim active in the phone for a week anyway (i.e. is it just a week after you purchase the phone that it's activated, or a week after you put the sim in the phone)?

Would've been handy to take on holiday next week rather than my good phone! :)

I get the same. Are other people seeing this phone at £9.99 at Virgin?

I need a new, as the one I have won't hold its charge any more. Can I get a new battery (Siemens A65), or is it cheaper to get a new phone?
