If you liked the RAZR, you'll love this ultra-slim handset. Not only is it sleeker tThe Motorola MOTOKRZR K1 mobile phone starts where the company's stunning RAZR left off. Everything about the slim KRZR suggests luxury, from the feel of the casing to the precision manufacturing.

Motorola's boffins obviously agree that beauty isn't just skin deep, which is why the MOTOKRZR K1 has been packed with a wealth of multimedia entertainment. It starts with a 2 megapixel camera that incorporates an 8x digital zoom. As well as taking photos, the phone is also capable of editing them - and it can record video clips, too.

There's high-quality audio capability alongside the handset's impressive imaging features. Look out for an MP3 and AAC music player that has the ability to connect an optional stereo Bluetooth headset (if you feel like treating yourself to one). 'Airplane mode' lets you listen to music with the phone switched off, while the KRZR K1's memory card slot enables you to expand the handset's storage.

All the phone's other features have been conceived just as thoughtfully, whether you're after compelling built-in games, easy synchronisation with your PC or the convenience of voice-activated controls. The MOTORAZR set a new standard for mobile phone design... but the MOTOKRZR K1 has just rewritten the rules again.

OSPS..................run awayyyyyyyyyyyy!

Why?

I have four contract with 100% cashback with OSPS and they have paid out on every claim, in fact the last payment I had was paid out in only 4 days!

Like all cashback deals stick to the T&Cs like glue nad use recorded / special delivery like Ducky says and they DO work.

Ducky as you well know out of all the major retailers OSPS have the worst reputation for cashback, check on any forum and they will be at the top of the list.

Wasn't posted from me... that was from Elitom. OSPS have great experience.

Please can you list who you do reccommend?? Surely they are more reliable than The Mobile Outlet, CoolNewMobile, PhoneBoxDirect, Phones2U Direct, etc...

Do you have personal experience or are you just going by what you've read from others?? Companies do pay most of the time when you send off the cliams on time, properly and recorded delivery. It's when you forget to send them recorded deliver or send them a little late or early and expect them to let you off when most complaints begin.

I notice the only real complaints I've had in the feedback threads from ANY of the retailers (see my signature) are faulty handsets, poor customer service or slow payments. I've not seen any totally lost cashback where the person has been on time.

Really you need personal experience to believe it. Just remember to do it properly. I don't think the problem is with copmpanies not paying out cashback, I think it's people not sticking to T&Cs properly. I do suppose the retailers are partly to blame, a lot of them do actually make it very hard to claim cashback by making the process complicated. You just have to read it, mark things off on calendars, be organised and be on the ball.

Just like to note... OSPS are pretty good. I know they got into a mess with cashbacks when CPW took them over last year bacause CPW said they'd provide claim vouchers and then didn't leaving them with a backlog of work, but they've really improved this year. We've had lots of great feedback for them, including cheques within 4 days, paid cashback when a claim went missing as they just accepted the customer's Recorded Delivery number and also returned cashback claims because the customer had accidentally sent them a month early. Most companies wouldn't give their customers this second chance...

In my experience and I have had quite a lot, best advice I can give is stick with the big companys that you know are still going to be around ie: CPW E2SAVE The Link etc. used them all asnd as Ducky said as long as you still to the T&C's you wont have too much of a problem, the only one I have had trouble with strangely enough is OSPS I had to take legal action against them to get the money owed to me I say strangely as they are part of CPW as well,CPW group apart from being disorganised, slow, and have a terrible call centre are pretty good at paying up!I wouldnt touch the smaller companys with a bargepole dosent matter how good the cashback offer is if the company is not there in a year your still bu**ered.

is QuidCo offering £42.50 or £37.50?

http://www.quidco.com/onestopphoneshop/
on the page it does say:

£42.50for each valid website application completed full online, back down to £37.50 from november

but £42.50 is still adverting everywhere. isn't it a bit misleading?

i have some bad experiences with OSPS. i have been declined, because they claimed i didn't attached a voucher! which of course i did.

after then, i resent the claim, but this time i am only able to use the pdf version, which again they say is a print and is not valid!

QuidCo have removed the £42.50 since your post. It definitely is the £37.50 as I have posted.

I can only repeat what was said, of the 2 contracts I've had with OSPS they have paid out without issue. They are part of CPW now.
