you can play Flappy Bird on it... :D

Heat for the price, but that watch itself is not worth being a 'first adopter' for. Android only and the battery life suck, plus it's underpowered and doesn't have enough storage.

Looks nice though, when you're not charging it!
#9
Not apple. Cold.

Going to have to disagree. Great looking watching that lasts 2 days - more than most smartphones and has some nice little features that will only get better with time (get it... "time")

As for More Computers, not sure on them. They seem to have varied reviews.

The firmware has been updated at least 3 times since all those reviews. Mine now lasts almost 2 days with quite a bit of use.

More computers are legit and decent service from them in the past.

hot deal

Thats is great price been £200 almost everywhere.
Still prefer the LG G watch R

Its an android wear smart watch. Notifications, can control some things from watch some voice response, it connects via latest Bluetooth so saves getting phone out for navigation etc. Something I don't like to do in London having been mugged.

Also got mine set to remind me to take my phone so if I walk away it alerts me something my friend whish he had had having left his Samsung S5 in a cafe the other week . Can also use it to take photos on phone control music etc. More getting added.

Great watch and a very good price

I was going to buy the Sony, missed the Amazon Lightning deal at £132 though. Watched a few reviews of the Moto on YouTube last night and I've been looking at this now for the better build quality and QI charging. Still not found it in any phone shops or the PC World's I've been to.

this or the pebble?

I cannot see any vaule in these things, its a gimmick. Have to vote cold.

This is completely incorrect and out of date information on this watch. I've had mine a few months and the battery has been more than fine. I believe the issues were on release where it struggled to last a day, not any more. I've had mine on since 6.30am when it was fully charged, lots of email alerts through the day, now on 77% at 6.40pm.

I find mine genuinely useful, mainly for work purposes as it stops me forgetting meetings, tasks etc and prevents me missing emails. However, this is early tech so consider before buying. For most, I think you'll be very happy with a Moto 360,

Edit - Not under powered, I find no performance issues with mine whatsoever, especially since a recent update. Can't really comment on storage as I've never considered it or found there to be a problem. I know it is capable of storing music, but I've no call for that with my phone always present.

Hot deal!

Not a fan of wearable tech at the mo simply due to price. Obviously they aren't cheap to manufacture due to size and needing to give ample battery life but hopefully there'll be advancements in battery technology and manufacturing processes that will allow these to last over a week and cost less than a ton. Maybe just wishful thinking.

Great device. Used all day today and got 64% battery at time of writing. Very good price.

I'm waiting for a (business) trip to the US to do the same thing - plus I want the dark metal strap one which they still don't sell here. Agreed good price for here.

I understand you don't like the product, but don't understand why you voted the deal cold?? This is £167, RRP is £199 that is a hot deal I think. Reasons?

Good price for an entirely pointless and futureless tech. I have yet to see a smart watch that does anything but display information from your phone (that is in your pocket and incidentally will also tell you the time). All this whilst simultaneously failing to be robust or even a decent watch. Next stop, smart wheel!
#25
Still prefer my pebble!

Just Google it, watch YouTube reviews etc etc

Bought! Been waiting for this to come down a bit before i take the plunge!

You can spend a lot more than this on a regular watch so I don't think price is really an issue here. Battery life maybe. For me I'll wait till the tech allows the clock to be always on with out draining battery. OLED or perhaps a combined e-Ink/LED screen?

luckily got mine free with nexus 6 upgrade with Vodafone. was fussed on the watch before but love it now and finding new things all the time.
what firmware is everyone one? my watch will not last day.

They should call this the "first world problems phone"

Heat for the price, OP. Smashing deal! Hardly ever find the Moto 360 for this much less than the RRP.

I have a Moto 360 and use it constantly through out the day from 8am till 10pm and it always has about 65% battery left when I put on the charging cradle when I go bed.

My automatic watch starts the day with 40hr power reserve and at the ends of the day STILL has 40 hrs. reserve, providing I have not died at some point in between. Tech is not always better.

Also don't forget what this may do to your phone battery with the Bluetooth on all day...

That's why I returned a G-Watch R I had, after the first wow isn't it cool, it soon faded to I'm bored now.

I'll get another one a couple of gen down the line when it does a bit more.

Only 40 hours? I have a Casio G-Shock still running strong with the original battery from when I bought it circa. 8/9 years ago if you want to play that ridiculous game. You are comparing two completely different things.

Whether you think there is a point to smart watches or not, this website is called hotukdeals, and vs. RRP this deal is hot.

Your quite right, one has a place in the world and the other is a pointless piece of tat. Price is one thing but if the product in question is entirely pointless it is essentially worthless. How much would you pay for a dog turd, Ill give you a 50% discount off the norm and make it s a hot deal.
