States on site no charger
"Doesn't come with a charger or headset (we explain why you don't get a charger below)"

"Why doesn't this phone come with a charger?
O2 is working to try and reduce waste. And as 70% of people already have a USB charger at home, we've decided to not include one with your phone. If you do need a charger, add one at a discounted price – you can do this after choosing your tariff. O2 does not make money from selling the charger separately."

Not a bad deal but the Asda deal was new at £89.99

Perhaps you'd like to finish your sentence and tell us why that matters?

Correct, but don't' see this as a problem. Many of us have a draw full of chargers going to waste so not necessary and if needed can be bought for a few quid (making sure they're BS approved of course).
#13
I would have understood the "no charger in box" concept had every charger been the same power e.g. 1.0A. on a micro USB

Let's say you move from a budget Android phone with a 350mah charger to a flagship Samsung/HTC from O2 with no charger, your old charger will take like 10 hours to charge - possible exaggeration granted but just making my point lol

Excellent find..... thanks. It would be even more helpful if the link to the e-bay seller (unlocking) is added in OP or somewhere in the discussion.

Nowadays quite many people use any little spare time to check on their FB/Twitter/Instagram/whatever on their smartphones, they're even using their phones while taking a dump. With that mindset it has been very difficult for me to consider buying second-hand phones anymore! I'm not germaphobic, it's just the thought that's disgusting. :D
#20
Non removable batteries are better at least you know someone didn't put a fake China battery into the phone and also people usually buy a new phone every year or 2 nowadays anyway so you don't need to change the battery like before.

I'm guessing O2 had a load returned under distance selling regs by people who decided to wait for the 4g version. If I hadn't already unlocked the one I got last week and set everything up I'd be tempted to return it and save myself £20.

Plenty in stock in Asda Dundee. That's all I can vouch for tho
#27
These are likely not actually second user. There is a new model out and "refurb' is probably just an excuse to dump the old ones. Good price for decent phone if you don't need 4G.

It's a good phone for the price and can do a lot if smartphone stuff well but it is not the "best phone ever made"
There are phones with better screens and cameras that tun the same version of android... surely they are better than the Moto G. Yes not as cheap but the ARE better.

I really don't understand people who come out with BS like that. Grow up

Me too. Germs from my own stool is ok but the thought of touching someone elses. YUK

Unless the phone come with a sworn statement that it was previously used by a super chick.....

Still waiting for the 4g version to be released with expandable memory!

I honesty don't see the point in '2nd hand' when you can get a new one for so little extra...

A lot of refurbished electrical deals are just returns which have not been used. Would be a good deal if that was the case here
