Excellent phone with an actual proven 50 hour battery life. Just bought one from here myself, best price I could find on one of these at the moment. Also available in the white and gold colour. Read More

Better software support than the OnePlus 3

Comparison with the similarly-priced OnePlus 3: http://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPhone1=7995&idPhone2=8310

Doesn't quite stack up, but it's not always about the specs I suppose.

Reviews I've read say that day to day performance wise it is practically identical to the moto z/Z force. And it has a headphone jack! :p

Actually OP3 have much better software support than previous phones. I bought my phone 3month ago and so far I received 4 updates (Inc monthly security patches).

In day to day usage I doubt anyone would tell the difference between the snapdragon 625 vs 820. The Moto z play blows every major phone out of the water when it comes to battery life though. That plus the ability to use the Moto mods just makes this a better purchase in my mind. I had a one plus one years ago and the customer service was appalling when I had an issue. Don't know if that's changes or not but I hear it's still terrible.

I hear customer service is still terrible though. I have had first hand experience with my oneplus one. I think the phones are great until an issue arises, then it goes downhill fast.

My OnePlus One is running the latest version of Marshmallow so I would assume the OnePlus 3 will receive updates for a long time.

In addition my Lenovo ZUK Z1 is still on 5.1.1 Lollipop so I wouldn't guarantee updates in the same way Motorola devices had when they were owned by Google.

how in gods name is this cold, im guessing most folk have never used this phone. I have one and I got it from JL for £370 and even at that price I am not complaining.

if you want to do your phone comparisons on paper, then more fool you. the phone is very snappy, very well built and the batter life is the best on any phone ever. 10hours sot easy for me, although thats mostly wifi.

my complaints are the camera is average at best, too dark and the price is too much. if thats just the new price due to the £ then so be it, but if JL ever come down £30 with their 2 year warranty, this phone would be the best value ever made.

once you get used to decent batter, you find it odd that other folk pay so much more for nowhere near....

32gb and SD card... although I wish there were more usb c products made for less money by reputable folk as thats a bit of a hassle.
