Great find. :D

great find! only thing i hate about this vodaphone plan though is that it includes no texts... i'd be paying like 30 quid a month to send texts!

Hi All,

I would just like to point out the terms and conditions, please read before ordering from them.

Thanks HOTUK, welcome to HUKD and thanks for the post too :)

BTW, 1 month is pretty enough to make a claim. You need to note down the dates and use recorded delivery to submit the claim. If you do things right, you should get your cashback.

Hi Edi,

That’s right one month is long enough but it just seems unfair how they will forfeit all future claims if one is late.

I agree hotuk, but is almost the similar situation with every cashback provider, except CPW group of companies (CPW, e2save, OSPS). Play the same game and beat them by submit your claims safely on time.

I am with CoolNewMobile on a O2 contract and they have exactly the same T&C's. I submitted my first claim in early June and got my cashback within ONE week.

If you are not comfortable, then look for a Carphonewarehouse.com deals where you have 60 days to claim cashback and no forfeiting issues.

Hi Edi,

That’s who I use often, Carphone, Onestop, E2save.

Mobileshop are also very good, they will send an email the next day to confirm they have received the claim, you can also win £100 for sending in a testimony on their website of their cashback service. It's a shame they don't have more good deals as others on the web.

With Onestop, when I sent them my 4th bill, they returned it saying it was early and then received my cashback on my 5th month air bill. Not sure now to send my 8th or 9th (should be the 8th in theory!).

E2save are more clear, they send a table of when to claim.

Do we have any threads here on this forum where we can see which retailers are recommended and who to stay away from in relation to cashback deals?

Thanks

First of all, we dont post any retailer who is dodgy. Our members also constantly give us feedback to keep track on this. As I mentioned earlier, if you submit your claim safely on time, you should get your cashback. Personally, I have a chart on date/period for claims and follow exactly their T&C's and never went wrong. Better spend some time preparing for cashback claim than regretting later. :)

If you have any queries or need assistance, please ask. You can also send a PM to our resident mobilehunter duckmagicuk2 who will be more than happy to help. ;-)

I've got a quick question about this deal and some of the others on PhoneBoxDirect.
All the Vodafone offers have 12 months free line rental, but underneath that it says "Equivalent after cashback £x" where £x is not 12 x the monthly cost.
This only applies to the Vodafone offers - all the Orange ones are correct.
So on this particular offer 12 months at £30/ month = £360, but the cashback seems to be £315.
Can anyone shed any light on this - or am I just being thick?
TIA

Someone else pointed this out to me Nickygoat. I was just about to send them an email to correct their mistake when I realised that yes, indeed, we are both just being thick!!

Vodafone have on offer on where they only charge you £15 for the first three months to begin with. So it's actually 9x £30 which is £270, and 3x £15 which is £45 - a total of £315.

I hope that clears it up!!

Thanks Duck - that clears it up nicely :-D

Is this kind of service safe? Ie, it looks really good to me and im trying to see the catch. I do need another mobile phone and this would be great.

Has anyone used these guys before and would they recommend them?

Thanks

Hello Guy`s I need some help if possible please.

I ordered this phone on the 12 month free contract and soon wil be due to claim cash back.
If i claim to soon then its gonna invalid the cashback so I need to know at what point to claim.
I am not sure at what months the claims are made, eg: is it month 4 month 8 and month 12 ?? or is it months 6 and 12 ??

The cash back claim is very vauge which I was sent and I recieved no information when the phone was sent so I really need to know at what points to claim and for how much ?
I hope some one could please help me out .

I got the same deal eg: it costs me £30 a month for 12 months 1st 3 months half price so at what months do I need to claim and how many cash back claims.

Thank you so much for any help.

Regards Kevann
