Could I ask a question about this? You mention making a chargeable call to get the final bill, but if you've got free minutes and texts, what is the easiest way to make a chargeable call? I'm not a sociable enough person to actually use up 400 minutes or 100 texts!!
You could call an international Number or an 0870 number and hang up once it's answered :D
That's the problem with really have to rely on a good memory or reference system..I couldn't afford to take that chance.
