If this is anything like the F3, avoid - it isn't worth the postage - not saying it is, but be careful.

I like my F3.
it makes calls , realy well. Its easy to use (as a phone) and lasts 2 weeks on a charge!.
but then that said , if its anything like the F3 , buy the f3 as its < a tenner nowadays.

Warning note - Item 30 - Play.com Terms & Conditions.

All electrical products are covered by a twelve month manufacturer's warranty. If your product develops a fault while under warranty, please contact Play.com and we will advise you where to send it for repair. It is a "return to base" warranty therefore there will be a delivery charge to return the product back to the relevant UK service centre.

Many other retailers have a policy to offer repair / replacement of items under the 12 month guarantee (including return postage) and therefore offer a better service.

check your local tesco's. ours was clearing out the last of their F3's 1/2 price (making them 7.49 iirc), also with £10 free air time.

Ahh, them were the days. With proper sim cards you could slide in and out without removing covers and batteries. Whatever happened to One2One?

Had the Flare, the Flare+, 720i, V3 and currently V8. All excellent phones. Had an F3 for work (on the buses) and although basic did a great job. Don`t know why people knock Moto`s. As far as im concerned i much prefer to buy something from a specialist instead of a "one for all" company like LG or Samsung.

I wanted a cheap phone to use abroad and i am currently waiting delivery. The F3's huge font really put me off, but from the image the set looks more like what i had on my v220. This will hopefully be ideal to jam in forign sims and to make cheaper calls.

Will review when it arrives.

In the info it states '2G Network: GSM 850 / 1900'. Those are frequencies used in the USA not Europe, might be worth checking before you purchase.
