The phones aren't worth as much as their commission for getting connections? My guess. Everybody wins...

No, it's a SIM ONLY contract, they just happen to be giving away a free phone. It's definitely £15. :-D

So once you have your cash back off quidco, its basically cost you a fiver for the phone? Will the contact ever roll over to another month so you would have to **** around cancelling?

No, as I've said above (LOTS). It's a SIM ONLY contract, so it's £15 cashback from QuidCo...

you would have to cancel these items which are added at checkout,
PLUS 1 Month FREE Insurance (£5.99 pm thereafter, can be cancelled) and VIP Gadget Helpline FREE for 1 month (£2.99 a month thereafter, can be cancelled)
and would have to cancel contract or it would roll over

can someone confirm Quidco
is it £46.50?
#28
Has anyone cancelled a sim only contract before ??
I'm wondering if even if you cancel on day one, they might take month 2's subs aswell.
Can you cancel before you even turn the phone on ???
#29
I wouldn't get too excited about the £46 as i bet they won't pay it.
#30
Can the phone be sold on?

Read the following small prints on e2save website. It seems OK. Does anyone know the address we should write to to cancel the contract? Last time I tried to cancel my O2 contract by writing was 2 years ago and they kept saying they didn't recieve any letter from me.

Just ordered one of these too with Quidco. We'll see which way it goes

Edit: Just got a txt telling me to call them. They wanted a £150 deposit, however i could get another one month deal (without the deposit) with Orange with a free Sony Ericsson K250i for £25.- per month with Quidco, and cancelling on the first day wouldn't be a problem i've been told

I never rung them when they texted me. Do you reckon that it will affect the deal i have with them if i ignore the text to ring them?

Can't find much info on the K250i - apart from a few fuzzy pics
anyone know more about it?
#38
Chers Ducky - yet another good find! Ordered through Quidco & will probably sell the phone after a month to Cex for an amunt between £10 & £22, depending upon the locked status of the handset. So either minimum £5 profit or best case if Quidco tracks big might be looking at about £40 ish plus free calls for a month! Not bad for 10 minutes work - well done Ducky. H & R.

I got the same text and rang them. They said that the transaction was blocked by my card provider. The guy told me that he managed to lift the block and the sale has gone through now. However, my debit still can not be used in TESCO. Have to contact the bank on Tue.:?

Chances are that if they rang you it wont go through quidco as there's something about the transaction having to be wholly online.
