Whilst this sounds good, in reality, there will be a lot more cars to choose from, and your car will probably sell for less, supply and demand

knowing ebay a "free listing day" means an increase in final selling fees!!! Gits ..... anyway heat added for the heads up for people who may be interested. Thanks.

Listing isnt the issue...

its FVF that kills every seller!!!!

Final Value Fee

£0.01 - £1,999.99 = £20.00

£2,000.00 - £3,499.99 = 1%

£3,500.00 and above = £35.00

No final value fee if you list your car as a classified ad, and you can list it for upto 28 days.

I tried to take advantage of the offer. The first time I got a message that I am using a computer which is different than the one that I usually use and they blocked my account. I am using the same laptop for 2 years now…
I had to talk to an ebay advisor through the online chat service in order to unblock my account. Then I updated my ebay account details and uploaded a classified advertisement for my car. The post never went online. After one hour a message was received stating that somebody tried to hijack my account and tried to use it in order to list items (that was me trying to sell my car…) and for my security they blocked my account…

The result is that I spent half of my Sunday for nothing. Is it just me that have the feeling that ebay is getting worse and worse?
