#4

does anyone want to order one to be sent to my address and i will pay you bt or paypal?
#5
Fantastic price.
One thing to note, if you have a small kitchen this will take up a load of room as it's a big boy!
Great juicer though

My brother bought a £100 machine from a TV shopping channel a few years ago,

I fancied on of those but thought £100 was a bit over the top. For a tenner, this seems great.

Have ordered one: many thanks

The site are out of stock but just thought I'd post to say if you phone your local store up they will collect it from the shop floor (if they have any), charge you over the phone and then still send it to you with the free postage - I've just done this. Alternatively, you can pay over the phone and go collect it. Nottingham Victoria store had 40 in stock but these were running out fast according to the guy on the phone.

Good luck :-)

Delivered today.

Unfortunately, what’s arrived is not a JuiceMachine Pro

http://www.moulinex.co.uk/pages/food_JU500815%20.htm?OnpageA=1

but a JuiceMachine Duo

http://www.moulinex.co.uk/pages/food_BDK344.htm?OnpageA=1

Bit disappointing, but not the fault of the OP.
#12
have you called them to send the right one? it might just be you this mistake was made with
#13
Just about to!
#14
Yes mines wrong too, looks like they are all wrong? Very Disappointing.

Has anybody received the Pro?
#15
Incorrect one delivered here too!
I rang the local John Lewis and gave them the stock number and on their system it shows that they have many of the pro model instock. However, I got the assistant to check the box on the shopfloor and they are all the cheap duo model.

Not very impressed with John Lewis
#16
wrong one for me too :(
#17
Hi,

same thing happened to me, but got customer services to ring my local store. But when I got there they were the cheaper model. Going to complain but do not know what the chances are.

Anyone got any advice?
#18
Yep, I got the cheap rubbishy plastic inferior one also.
My papework showed the pro one so I think they may have to honour contract and supply the good one? I have e-mailed customer services as this is first time JL have played it close to the wind!

Contract has two sides....

I requested the pro model
They took my money and confirmed pro model was sent....
Rubbish model arrived...

= Unhappy customer!

Good luck all.

Keep us all informed...I will :x

Yes they have sent me the wrong item too. Am discussing with John Lewis for them to send me the product that I have ordered. If anyone else have any update, please let me know!

THanks

I am pushing for the same model for the same price. You all should do the same if you can. The woman I spoke to, says they will honour the same model for the same price when they are back in stock. Good luck!
#22
i was told when i phoned up they were discontinuing it so no more will come in stock.

Ok, last final solution John Lewis has offered. I have agreed with them. I am keeping all the 3 machines and they are refunding me for the whole total. Not exactly what I wanted, as I actually wanted that juicer, but at least i have 3 free machines that i can recycle for Christmas. The manager said that it was a major issue with Moulinex as they were told they were supplying and they sent them all the wrong machines and now they have this big problem. Initially the customer service rep was totally unhelpful and refused to actually offer any service, even though they call themselves customer services dept. Ask to speak to a manager. So don't accept the refund and collect option from the bods on the phone. I was very frustrated to begin with, but after speaking to someone who had more authority, I am with the result. They said they wanted to keep the customers happy and would rather lose the money than loose their customers. I doubt other companies could offer the same ...
#24
I too was offered and accepted gracefully to keep the wrong machine with a full refund.
Sounds like JL were caught out by Moulinex but have done the decent thing in the end.

Hats off to JL who I have always, and still think of, as fair.

They say Juicers are the number one gadget that only gets used once in a lifetime and then thrown in the back of the cupboard - that is certainly the case with ours (£50 one).

But greed often dominates over sense and prudence....
#26
Yep same here given a full refund and toldto keep Juicer. I think this is fair on both sides , I just hope somebody at John Lewis now kicks moulinex butts as this seems blatent stock clearance of a pretty useless juicer at John Lewis expense.

You are obviously not falliable from being greedy .. mine were for presents for family members, so i guess that makes me greedy for buying for others !!!

Still showing in stock and still showing the pro model number. Why is it still available with the wrong picture?

How good is the duo model and has anyone tried it and think it's worth a tenner?
