...Is HAND propelled.

Why can't they say that it is NOT propelled.:)

5hp, how disappointing, I got all excited when I saw 501hp. I liked the idea of burning Ferraris off at the lights.

From the description, I'm guessing the machine multi clips the grass turning it into a fine mulch and spreading back onto the lawn as it goes. A sort of self composting system for the lawn.
Corrections welcome. :p

Mountfield used to be a good make but were bought out by Stiga 6-7 years ago. Now they are just Stiga models with a Mountfield badge. Also the engine on this model isn't a B&S but their own chinese engine (which isn't the best).

I'm going to take the engine out of this and put it in my Vovlo, 501horsepower, wow.

The garden centre near me mounted a small garden tractor engine on a hand mower, damned heavy, but you could cut through small sapplings with it ... was a fab piece of kit.

How quaint! You have to push it around? My Robomower does it all by itself AND there are no grass lippings to collect! :p

Not great reviews on which.com. Only 59% score as it doesn't collect clippings.

Great info that, rep added. I used to use Mountfields 10+ years ago and thought that they were excellent bits of kit. I was tempted by this offer till reading this. Shall steer clear now, especially having check on Which.
