There's some fairly balanced reviews on Amazon here

Its beyond me how anyone could watch a TV with a 3" screen, but if you want one i guess its a good price.
#5
This actually looks brilliant. Going to get one for T in the Park in the summer :) Good for campers and festival go-ers!
#6

The ideal distances for LCD viewing are

For 14 - 22" screens - a viewing distance of 1 to 2m back
For 23 - 32" screens - a viewing distance of 2 to 3m back
For 31 - 42" screens - a viewing distance of 3 to 4m back

a 36" screen viewed some 9ft away gives the same angle as a 3.3" screen viewed 10 inches away (approx 20 degrees). 10" is OK when you are watching in a car or at your desk etc. Hold a ruler out about 10" away from your face when watching your TV and with one eye see how big the screen measures on that ruler. Unless you sit with your face 10" away from your TV screen you'll understand what I mean.

Good luck getting a signal, I live in Perth and we don't have digital yet, some parts of rural Perthshire never even rolled out channel 5!

What is the reason for the speed limit of 100 km/h?

Why?

Personally, I like to drive at far greater speeds when watching my digital television.
#14
Is it possible to get a refund if you find you're not getting a signal?
#15
Sparser reviews than normal....

Its also 4:3 when most TV is now 16:9.

Also - its the type of thing you buy one of and not a couple to perform various tasks.

So it makes you wonder why they did not let it play from memory cards or USB drives, which seems badly thought out.

dunno if im right here but we are going digital this year so would this small tv work still? ,
as you wont be able to plug in a digi box while out and about.

I have a DIVX player on my phone and catch up with a few TV shows on that in my lunch break.

Please do explain. I remember having a team out some years ago to installation radio broadband.

The men stood on my chimney stack and could see the Sutton Coldfield transmitter tower. The signal was huge. But the distance made the error rate unacceptable and unusable.

Maybe worth a trip to maplin to see if they have one before buying? They sell the same thing but badged by Nikkai by the looks of it. Just silver instead... and £99!

their price doesnt include VAT (cheeky sods), so once you add VAT and £6.80 for delivery it comes to £90.23

65 quid - for B stock - but under 60 if you subscribe to their mailing list and use quidco - far bigger screen with memory card and USB support.

I came back to edit this - as I just posted the details...

I had the maplin version and got really good picture quality. only down side was that you didnt get the tv out cable with it and its not a normal tv out cable you need so hard to get hold of. Also lost single alot if you moved a few feet never mind traveling in a car. great price though.
