Found a shop called Farmfoods earlier today when I was out and about in a bit of rough area selling these. Not sure whether these are exclusive to rough areas - was tempted but resisted - others may find useful.

Take a look around the car parks at the number of 4x4's and flash cars there that belong to the spam valley/hungry hill brigade that bring their shopping out in eco bags to kid on they've been to M&S

A masive £21 profit even if you sold them all.

Farm foods leaflets and ads star Jim Royle (Ricky Tomlinson) says it all about their type of clientele.

Hey what you all about? I live in a smart area and we have a Farmfoods. I shop there regularly especially for frozen strawberries which I use for my daily smoothie and which are only £1 each

£1 for a strawberry? No wonder they can afford to sell mince pies so cheaply, they're making a killing on strawberries and they're not even fresh!

PS - I like Mince Pies so heat from me!

Hey guys I wanted to ask, have you ever seen Mr Kipling? :-S
#14
I would not eat Mr Kipling Mince Pies if they paid me to do so.
Exceedingly awful !!!!
#15
Always good to freeze just like Crimbo puds so you can enjoy them all year round. :)

Yum, bite the bullet and go visit Farmfoods, the bread is a bargain too!
Some of the worst tasting cr*p i've had was Waitrose own brand so you cannot judge a book........

I saw these pies for 25p a box in Home Bargains

Bought some from Farmfoods last year (not Mr Kipling though ) they were described as "sumptuously deep filled" - well the pastry was burnt and about 1" thick and they had about a quarter of a teaspoon of mincemeat in them - absolutely awful.
