Another great cracker for pork lovers out there..

Pork scratchings have recently been shown to be highly nutritious and a new super food.. ( see the link.

Anyways, these are £2 for 2.. For this 6-pack

Triple cooked for extra crunch. Great with chips and curry sauce.

Made with fresh pork rind for added taste. Minimal additives...

Although this snack is relatively high in fat, it is overall a low GI food meaning it shouldn't cause many issues..

Perfect for lunch boxes...

Enjoy

You didn't need to blank out the word 'joke' at the end ..

I have mentioned the fat Content in my initial thread. Although that said, the actual fat is a good one, containing all 9 amino acids, making it complete and nutritious..

Perfect for lunch boxes..

I'll get my coat..

Which comments are you referring to exactly?

I don't think I said much in that post apart from the fact that 23% fat for mince was a little on the high side..(in my opinion)

Just the general having a problem with a mince product with 23% fat then posting a product that is 46g fat per 100g and promoting it as a superfood :p

I love mince, pork pies and pork scratchngs BTW :)

But appreciate the fat content is better in a more natural product like the mince <3

Sadly kid's lunch boxes are monitored by the 'race police' and pork stuff is banned at a school near me, due to the presence of a few refugees, whose needs of course far outweigh those of the local population.
Never mind the adults happily use a cashpoint to withdraw taxpayers money without wiping the keypad, despite workmen also using the same cashpoint - those workmen do love a bacon sarnie and sausage rolls, which ooze grease all over their fingers.... then they use the cashpoint ! :(

Yeah sorry, I was thinking of another pitch. Some crazy guy offering a food menu, think it was Mexican or something.

As an LCHF devotee, these are a staple buy. LCHF keeps me lean and mean, how many carb munching posters can say the same? Hot from me.

I know I shouldn't eat them and I don't feel too good afterwards but I still buy them, what the heck is that all about!
