I also seen these in Asda, but it looked rubbish to me. Do they do different quality of these as their looked hardly any pieces to it. Looked like a budget version.

THe current mr potato head has very few accesories. I beleive that they used to come with more, but cannot remeber to be honest :/

When I was a kid in Canada (very many years ago) the Mr Potato Head set was only the add on bits (arms, legs, eyes, etc) - you had to supply your own potato! Apparently the plastic potato was included starting in 1964. Wikipedia has some interesting info (if you give a s***)
