What is different about this compared to other halogens?
Hmm... I like the sound of the Flavorwave, but I also like my George Foreman grill. There's only one way to sort this out ..... FIIIIIIGHT.

Hmm that would be interesting! Mr T Vs George Foreman!
It looks identical to the JML one I have. These things are brilliant. Used to use the oven but got sick of cleaning it so now use my Halogen Oven for most things. Defo worth buying if you grill or oven cook a lot.
We just use those roasting bags, keeps the oven clean :)
You can get those periodically for £29.99 @Netto or Lidl. They are exactly the same (just without the celb name).
We got one from here £39.99 + P&P same sort of thing just rebadged for them, marvellous things
Original Factory shop sell these for £39.99, dosent have Mr T on the box but its the same item, cold from me
Thanks to all that posted cheaper (non-endorsed) versions, I posted it merely for the comedy value!
we're on our second JML one. Got the first one RTC from Asda but bought this one from Argos and bought the 3 year insurance with it. My husband uses ours several times a week but they can be prone to failure so would never buy one without extended cover again.
does anyone know if you can get replacement bulbs if they fail. i have been looking at the reviews and they say that the whole thing needs to go back to get replaced, obviously at great expense if not in warranty, and most people are saying its the bulb that fails
Seems a damn stupid design if you can't change the bulb?
yes you can change the bulb. New ones are £10 inc postage from JML. Bit fiddly to do but quicker than posting a cooker back to them. Cannot get a new thermostat though, and occasionally the motor goes. We got 15 months of 4+ days a week use from our first one. There's a massive thread on MSE about these ovens.
