Got the local garage to fit some of these.

Funny thing you mention my "awful driving". What has my driving got anything to do with the quality of the tyre? Have you fitted the tyre on your car? Expert testing well like everything its all subjective... so you dont have to take my advice waterboy. Just giving my 2 pence on a tyre I have tested myself for 4 months+ FYI. Do whatever the #@$% you wanna do.

Temper temper.

Yes I have had fitted them to my car, and find they grip better and last longer than the Continentals that were on previously. And at the moment they are off the car as I'm currently using the winter tyres on my second set of wheels

The fact they were voted best tyre 2014 by Autoexpress, with Goodyear Efficientgrip 2nd would seem to contradict the comments from DrSohil.

I trust expert testing against one persons awful driving: http://www.autoexpress.co.uk/accessories-tyres/88478/tyre-reviews-best-tyres-2014-2015
Initially I thought they would be good after reading all the reviews but when it came down to it they are terrible. Tbh pay the extra for Michellins. Thats what Im doing this week

I wish Mr Tyre was in London...its an amazing deal

You can get it through National tyres. Write an email to [email protected] and request a price match.

Give them the link to the website and tell them which tyres and your tyre size. Also make sure u tell them how many u wanna buy.

They send u a link and it directs u to tyreshopper and u can get it fitted at a national tyre branch. You can also download a voucher from national tyres which gives u half price tracking for £15.

My quote was cheaper than mr tyre by about £1 per tyre.

Alternate idea if near or prefer F1 Autocentres over Mr Tyre...:
Does show as OP says at £38.94 on MrTyre website, but £46.20 @ F1 Autocentres' site.
Get F1 Autocentres "price promise" as they match & beat by 10% of the difference
So 4 x £7.26 difference x 10% = £2.90 saved.
Did an F1 price match last year (albeit on more expensive tyres) and got very rapid response/agreement exactly as per promise,

F1 are currently offering these tyres for 38.90 maybe this price drove them down
Nice Spot !!
Will hopefully help out those guys who missed out because they are no where near the Midlands. F1 are more National as they have branches covering from Poole up to Doncaster.
HERE IS THE MAP OF THE F1 AUTOCENTRES:)
