    Gave you heat.

Very similarly specced as the laptop I bought 1.5 years ago for ~£520 which has a Core2 Duo P7450, 4gb DDR2, 9600GT M 1gb, 320gb HDD. Your deal will have more than enough power to satisfy most people, and will be fine for most games. Even a lot of games within the last 2 years work with appropriate settings, and not necessarily minimum quality. Won't play poorly optimised games like Metro2033 well even on lowest settings.

If you were after a machine for bluray and reasonable gaming <£500 then this is a good machine. Nice screen size and resolution too. If you were purely after a gaming laptop, then it'd be worth an extra £100 for some of the deals with better graphics.
