A great netbook with very good reviews. It has been rebatch as Advent 4211 and sold in vaious high street stores in the UK. Nevertheless, the original version is much better looking (like a macbook?)

I think the Samsung N10 is better value.

Great deal for a proper Msi Wind. I know its snobby but I couldn't have one with Advent on the lid :p

Do you know when the NC10 is out though ? You certainly can't buy it at the moment.

Is there anything to stop you from installing Vista on these netbooks? Apart from the fact that the RAM is only 1GB, that is.

And is the RAM user upgradable ?

I think the RAM is user upgradable. But I believe that Atom 270 is too weak for Vista, unless you want to use Vista Basic.

Due out 1st November and definately a better buy with a 6 cell battery and 160Gb HDD at £300.
RAM is upgradeable through a removeable panel.

If the sammy just had a 6 cell battery it would be worth it.

I don't know how they did it but the sammy seems to be the best 10" laptop.
