MSI has launched a new laptop to meet the ever-increasing demands of our mobile needs. The unveiling of its brand new line of ultrathin notebooks is a milestone both technologically and aesthetically. This innovativly-thin laptop has completely revolutionized the idea of a portable computer; its sleek yet simplistic lines fit seamlessly into its polished exterior, raising the bar for thin-notebook design a step higher. The design of the X600 strives to be literally, as light as a feather, and, as thin as one too. Its near weightlessness and ultra thin exterior has fused graceful design and trendsetting style. Perhaps the most stunning aspect of this laptop is that in entirety, it weighs a mere two kg. It is undoubtedly the world’s lightest and thinnest 15.6-inch laptop. The X600, although thin, has not compromised its technology in the slightest; it is precision design, down to the last detail. MSI has designed a new keyboard with this particular laptop in mind, with each key molded to ergonomically fit your fingertips; not only thin, but has been proved to relieve strain on the user.

I think some X series come with an MSi Xdrive (USB DVD Drive) but not sure if this model does.
The same company sell the same laptop on amazon marketplace for £394

Either way it's to bl**dy expensive for me! :(
Its pretty old tech, I was really interested till I did some research as to the proper specs it uses DDR2 memory for starters and the reason it appears cheap is because its now old if your in the market for something like this the Acer timeline from save on laptops would be a better option with the best battery life in the class and they also have a dvd drive.
Nothing particularly wrong with DDR2... Also, if you're saying the C2D processor it old tech, most CULV laptops use it due to it being a low voltage chip.
Some random unknown seller, no tech spec, and only 1 for sale? Feel free, don't think anyone else here will be interested (_;) .

**** poor laptop, the processor will be painfully slow.

You know this how? Pretty obvious you don't have a clue as you said 'will be' and not 'is'.
There's very little info about these CPU's, but judging by the slightly older SU CPU's, I reckon the SU9600 will be a fair performer for a low voltage processor.

XP drivers if you really want to make the most of the spec
Seems like a great deal to me. Shame 'her indoors' would kill me if I bought one!!!!
Looks to be a great machine! The weight of only 2.1 KG with mentioned specifications is commendable
Does it have an optical drive ?
