  Are you recommending this as a HOT deal because you bought one and think it's great value ?
  Most of the recent feedback on Argos' own site suggests it's CHEAP for a reason - ie many found it wasn't worth having at ANY price.

  IMHO you're better off biting the bullet and getting a Joeblow track pump, save you lots of effort, money and time in the long run ;)

  I got the steel barrel for £10 a few weeks ago. The rubber tube blew a 2 inch hole when i was inflating my mountain bike tires to 40psi. Would have been even more fun if I was on my road bike at 110psi.

  Avoid Muddy Fox brand. They used to be OK in the early MTB days but now they're Sports Direct quality.
  
  Frakison has mentioned the Joe Blow pump. I know it's a different price bracket but it's a solid pump that will last many years and there's good reason why a lot of bike workshops use them daily.
