Bargain!

happy to vote this bike hot as it looks like a good price for a normal bike and not a specialist one that costs £1600 or more. 8)
#3
I know plenty of regular cyclists and they'll all tell you this is an excellent deal.

Nice deal, I'm looking for a Road Bike, unfortunately I need a bigger frame 60+ cm.
#16
Aha thanks
#17
Seems great for my first road bike. Only worry is that I'm 6' 1" and a page like this http://bicycling.about.com/od/howtoride/a/bike_sizing.htm
would suggest i need 60+ cm.

Will 54cm be ok?

54 will be too small.

If you are going to use the bike for 5 mins to go to the gym once/twice a week then it wont be a major problem.

If you plan on dong any time at all on it then you need a frame that fits your height. I'm 6ft1" and ride 58 cm frames on my road bikes.

Would you buy shoes that dont fit because they are cheap?

With bikes, like most things, you pay for what you get and if you have a bigger budget then spend it

#29
i would buy this if it was my size. im 6'1 and from my research i need 58cm size road bike frame..like @gulphisload said.
#30
I dont know much about bikes but it looks good and the bike Nazis seem quiet so it must be good.
#31
6.2 too small :(
#32
Wow! Awesome deal!"
#33
Ordered but now thinking i'll cancel...

6' 1". Don't want a poorly sized bike putting me off getting into the sport more.
#34
needed a road bike, for £150 the lock cost 50% of the bike. Can't go wrong.
Plus I can claim it all back from the government tax free cycle to work scheme.
Ask your employer if they are a member, if not tell them to go to http://www.cyclescheme.co.uk/ -
Alternatively set up a limited company and register yourself on the scheme.

How do they send bikes in the post? do you have to make them your end? or does is come premade?
#36
i'm 6 ft and 32inch inside leg measurement, as far as i'm aware i need 58cm frame size. Pity
#37
I like downtube shifters although you never really know what gear your in as they arnt indexed. Not really a problem. Might be worth uprating the brakes though as single pivot racer brakes arnt too hot.
#38
do you think its possible to change the handle bars on these to the standard straight ones?
#39
I do not understand "Available in a 54cm frame size. Suitable for inside leg: 28 - 35 inches".
I am 5 feet 1 inch. Can somebody tell me if the size is ok for me?

Thanks
