cheers, been sitting on some points for ages now

I've been waiting for Frozen to be added for ages but....

Frozen won't be on anytime soon I wouldn't have thought, as Wreck It Ralph (one I've been waiting for) still hasn't, plus it's still so popular they'd be throwing revenue away.

I don't think they have a schedule. Cinderella was added quite soon after it's release.

Thanks OP!

Had quite a few points, donated them all to Great Ormond Street Childrens Hospital as Disney were doubling any donations. Mulan is a great film and my first edition DVD release isn't a very good transfer. Oh well, I shall just have to have my reward in heaven! :)

Thanks, about time they added more Blu-Rays on there. I have 3400 points saved up because they seldom add anything.

I've got so many points stored up I've actually stopped adding the codes on. I really should get on that. Though I might be forced to order John Carter or Bedtime Stories because there's no other choice.

bedtime stories isnt very expensive to buy anyway its about £4 ish new on a double play and about 2.50 second hand.

i use my points on things that go for atleast 7-8 quid as a rule of thumb

Not happy. Just discovered they zeroed my 650 points. They say they will send an email before the points are about to expire. But we received no email to that effect. There is no incentive to log in any future points we have. Harrumph!!!

Didn't realise that they could expire!! After a little digging I found this on their website:

"Your Points may expire if you have not had any Account activity for 210 consecutive days. Activity merely means signing into your Account at least once during this period."

This may be due to the technical problems they had a while ago as the same thing happened to me. I had a decent amount of points and then when I finally logged back in my account said 0.

I was told that I had to re-register and then e-mail them back to say I could login ok. Sent them a message about the fact that I could login again but now had a '0' balance and by the next morning I received another e-mail telling me that my accounts had been merged and points restored.

After logging in to my DMR account I had all my points back and redemption history too. I would say that you have to spell it out to them very clearly that you can now log back into your account, now have a zero balance, and would like your points restoring asap. Also send a print screen grab of your DMR account just to further support this. Saves a lot of hassle I think.

Hopefully that may help you get your points back (unless you did what BaronGazz said and haven't had any activity on your account which would explain why you now have zero points too).
