  Went to the cinema to see this film on a Kids AM deal. It cost us £7 for two adults and three children. It is a dreadful film. I can't imagine why any sane person would spend £13.58 on this. Even my kids, who are not the most damning of critics, thought it was bad. I can't imagine being made to watch it again and again and again on a wide screen TV in blu-ray HD. Don't do it! Get a copy of a Muppet Christmas Carol instead. £0.45 plus postage for a used one on Amazon. At least that is a decent film, with a decent budget and Michael Caine in it too. And, because it is cheap to buy, you won't be annoyed when the kids break or lose the disc. I know the new film gets great reviews, but the reviewers are muppets, big muppet fans or both. Trust me, this film is terrible.

  So.... why is it actually terrible? Because the majority of the good reviews give reasons why they think it's good, while you say it's 'dreadful', 'bad', 'terrible' and only liked by muppets, but don't actually say WHY.

  Saw it at the weekend with my nephew at kids am aswell, loved it...
