if it's not 20kg then that means I've a new PR in squat bench and Deadlifts. yeooooooo

Different types of bar collars weigh different amounts too. So your personal best lifts may just be a fraction more.

It's an ok price for an entry level Olympic bar. The main problem with it is the thickness; a 35mm diameter shaft isn't ideal unless you have particularly massive hands. Hard to grip and the lack of whip makes a lot of Olympic lifts much trickier.
Better quality bars tend to be around 28/29mm, but you'll be hard pressed to find one under £180.

Ive been lifting for years and didn't even know this.....thank you as I'm going to have to look into it.

Saying that there are still some great deals here. Olympic weight tree at 45 with code is 30. If you add in something for £5 you get free delivery as the price is still over £50.

The Power Bar won't be suitable for everyone especially those with more specialist needs. The extra thickness will work the forearms more instead of putting on Fat Gripz or similar. Fat Gripz or similar could probably still be used. Just be aware this bar weighs a bit more at 21.2kg.

Also worth considering getting better collars than the spring ones which come with the bars.

Worst customer service I have ever experience. Check their reviews I am not the only one.
https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/musclefinesse.com shows Exellent 9.2 rating

Was it them or with a courier company they use? I once had issues with a delivery from XDP for a barbell I ordered from Muscle Finesse. It wasn't delivered when it should have been and XDP were impossible to get through to someone. Staff at Muscle Finesse sorted it out for me and got it delivered on another nominated day.

They are £1.80 in Sainsbury at the moment, but this deal works out at around £1.25 each. These protein bars taste sooo good! Only 5 grams of sugar, so if you are watching your sugar intake like

No that's a trade card. You can apply for normal membership.

See if you or a friend are eligible from that list.

£19.18 in costco

Ah ok, thanks for that. I thought you had to own a company to buy a Costco card though?

For info, these exact bars are cheaper in Costco.

Oh really? How much are they in Costco? Do you not need to purchase a Costco card to shop in there though?

Can't exactly remember, although I know they are cheaper (I'll update later maybe when I go) but yes you need a card. If you have a costco nearby and you purchase these on a regular basis then you'll save a decent amount and get your membership back.
