The complete collection of episodes of the BBC1 comedy series in which put-upon dentist Ben Harper (Robert Lindsay) is the long-suffering husband of Susan (Zoe Wannamaker) and father to three very different and often difficult children - nice but dim Nick (Kris Marshall), shopaholic student Janey (Daniela Denby-Ashe) and prodigy Michael (Gabriel Thomson).

once kris marshall left, the show became just terrible, but still an awesome price just for the seasons with kris marshall in them - the first four seasons are still some of the funniest british comedy in recent years, hot hot hot either way

Could not have put it better myself, the wife and I used to like watching it but it went right down hill, I even tryed to watch the new series that is on but thought that was bad enough.

No it isn't. It's terrible, it's unfunny and it appeals only to morons.

Yip, isn't it a real shame it is so bad now. I love Robert Lyndsay and loved the first few series as the dry humour was a joy to watch. They still make a great couple though :)

Agreed!
Britain just doesn't make great comedies anymore i'm afraid.

I agree I loved the first few series and now it is a bit like flogging a dead horse. They still have some moments, but understandably have run out of ideas. Probably worth the price just for the first series.

Yes this is an odd series. WHen it comes on I think "Oh gawd that awful twee .. unrealistic ... eighties-based sitcom again" .. and end up watching it... mainly due to the excellent acting of Robert Lindsay and his chemistry with Zoe Wannamaker ... again for this kinda money .. just buy it :-)

legitimate website? havent heard of it before, just checking

think you'll find this hasn't been available, never came into stock either and that's why it's expired....how can it be a "hot deal" when you can't get it...worse than these 97p deals at Currys...

I got my order delivered yesterday. At the time I posted my last post they were still excepting orders as this was confirmed because I sent an email directly to them. This also went for the "Watching DVD Boxset they were selling too.

So I'm sorry people may have missed out on this offer as it was prematurely expired.
