With Wii Fit, Nintendo created an entirely new market for fitness titles. Ubisoft joins this fitness wave with My Fitness Coach ? Get in Shape, which gives players all the traditional fitness regimes, as well as a number of unique additions to the formula. Once players start a workout, their current fitness level is evaluated to find out their baseline fitness. Players can then select their own fitness goals, using the built-in calendar to choose the length of the program and how often players plan to train. Exercises include yoga, Pilates, cardio, and flexibility or weight loss regimes. A player's progress is carefully charted and measured during each session.

As well as the more physically intensive exercises, players can also move into the meditation garden for a more relaxing session. There are five different workout environments on offer for each exercise and a varied selection of music available, including hip-hop, Latin, dance and 80s-style songs.

Following closely in the footsteps of Wii Fit, My fitness Coach ? Get in Shape provides players with a more laid back, physically focused training title on Wii.

It was a tenner over easter at play but it's now gone up to 17.95 so this is a fab price if you don't wanna wait for it to go back down again!!!

I paid 14.99 for it and think it was well worth that, I've used it for the last 3 weeks and lost 5 inches of various places ;)

It recommended that I do 5x 15mins a week which a didn't think would make any difference but it really really has and I feel loads better. To be honest I'm more unfit than I thought I was so it may take me a while to build up to 30 mins :)

I find it easy to stick to because I don't have to bother getting dressed for the gym (I can do it in my pj's) and I can just do it in front of my telly. And 15 mins is nothing, so I haven't got any excuse!!!!

I spent 69.99 on wii fit and have used it for a couple of hours at most with friends when we've had a party. My Fitness Coach is a damn site cheaper, it doesn't use the wii fit board at all, it takes account of whatever equipment you have (step/weights/fit ball etc) but you don't need anything at all - it will just tailor the workout.

Much much better than I fitness DVD (I've got the Davina one, did it once and it nearly killed me - couldn't walk for 3 days!!!)

Only downside is the graphics are pants, but who cares, it's not what it's there for :)
Have bought to hopefully help with getting rid of pregnancy weight. Cheapest price on . Voted hot. Also 4% quidco.
It's £13.95 delivered now, but I think that's still the cheapest!

[Edit] - Yep, still the cheapest:
