Always preferred Nate Dogg as a feature in a track, never really was keen on his solo work

Regulate is one of my favourite songs.

Will be missed.

Woah, did't know he died. Just listening to Warren G 'regulate' as I read this. Spooky, seeing as I haven't listened to it for probably 2 years!

According to wiki, Warren G is dead as well! Hmmm

Sad news. I didn't know he was poorly. |I'm not a massive hip-hopper, but I always enjoyed him popping up on a song and singing a hook. Ain't No fun, Till I Collapse, The Next Episode. Hopefully he'll pop up on Dr Dre's new record

RIP

Didn't take them long did it? Can we assume, with the life expectancy of rappers, that there is always a greatest hits lying in wait so they can roll it out before the obituary print has cooled down?
#19
Again, i preferred him being a feature in a track

Although Keep it comming is an exception :P

And if I said Englebert Humperdink I bet you'd be daft enough to think he was a 60's singer, and not a 19th century composer, eh ?
Didn't enter your wooden head I may not be interested in rap crap by any chance ?

Then why ask who he is when the OP has clearly stated he was a legend of hip hop and RnB.

Troll.

Then WHY come into this thread, completely disregard the Opening Post, not google the person in question and then ignorantly post "who?", with no other purpose then to offend, only to go on and say "Didn't enter your wooden head I may not be interested in rap crap by any chance". You dont have to like his style of music etc to appreciate his contribution to the industry, but you have overlooked that, overlooked the fact that he is dead, died before his time and just want to troll. For a senior/veteran member you are quite an as $hole.

Anyway back to this thread, i liked his Regulate, Music and Me and Ring the alarm. For any fans out there, listen to these tracks, great work by the late N DOGG.

Didn't enter yours that nobody is interested in your silly opinions? And I'm sorry but you lost any right to call anybody's musical taste crap when you admitted to liking Yes :p

Shortest album ever....hopefully. Overated. No great loss as he was hardly a contribution to the MUSIC world was he.
#30
He didn't have anything to do with this album, god knows who put it together. Check the wiki discography. I wouldn't even say half the songs on there were his 'greatest hits'.

Still, a major loss to the industry. Most rap/hip hop/r&b won't be the same without him. Checkout 213 - Friends, him and snoop at the start of their careers. Loved his voice, RIP Nate Dogg.
