Or the ainol elf for £118 with same memory but higher resolution? Bl**dy hell I'm getting confused with all the tablets - there's about a million ainol models alone!!!

Plus for me personally 800 x 480 is useless on any thing this size.

Hi, have to ask but what are you doing with a 7" tablet that makes 800x480 useless?
P.S. How do you pronounce ainol?

I'd pronounce ainol "betterthanabloodyipadandquarterofthe price" lol ;)
Elf may have a better screen but difficult to get hold of, good alternative.

WILL DO.

[quote=Johnny Bravo]Wouldn't the Eken T01 be better @ £79.99 - same specs as far as I can see apart from the memory - is the extra 512mb on this one worth £40?

I personally would not say 800 x480 is useless but the higher resolution screen of the Elf ( 1024 x600 ) makes internet browsing much much better. It also looks better when you use the included HDMI cable to attach to your TV.
I can't see why anyone would choose this model over the Elf .Besides the Elfs better spec , it has much better support . This is important as Android 4 is still at a relatively early stage - so you need new firmware releases as its bugs and anomalies are ironed out.
