I just purchased this sat nav and i am very pleased with it. Once id ordered it arrived 8:30am the next day, This sat nav is obviously not going to compare to the expensive Tom Tom's but this is an excellent price for a decent piece of kit.

Its simple and easy to use, clear bright touch screen, it has speed and red light camera alerts, you can enter POI (Points of interest) such as nearest car parks, nearest cash machine etc. It comes with charger, windscreen mount and also a little hands free kit that fits underneath the sat nav - if you recieve a call on your mobile you just press the green answer button on the sat nav and talk away. If you want to call someone you can just press the green button and say the name of the person you want to call - Clever voice recognition means no distractions by entering numbers.

SD Card Slot, SD Card included pre loaded with Uk, Ireland and European maps. You can update the software and load extra maps that you can download from Navman.co.uk

Dont vote cold just because you have a better sat nav - For someone who just wants a simple basic sat nav with bluetooth/hands free then this is a bargain !

Kind of New-ish? :?

"As New

Items will be in as new condition, but may have been returned to the Original Manufacturer as a failed or incorrect delivery. These items would then be fully tested and reboxed if needed by the Manufacturer and sold "As New" with the Original Manufacturers full warranty or covered by Bigpockets warranty which will be stated in the product description."

I have this image of delivery men wandering round the country "failing to deliver" when it's a sat-nav in the parcel!

Sounds like a Euphemism for NOT actually new to me :-(

Have spent a while looking to see if "Original Manufacturers full warranty or covered by Bigpockets warranty which will be stated in the product description." IS stated in the description, but it seems as if it ISN'T

Does this unit store numbers or use the mobile phones' voice dial? i.e. will this feature work with any bluetooth mobile phone?

I have found Navman's postcode search very "iffy" compared to TomTom. My house is in the next street according to this and houses built 15 years ago do not show up.

Seems a good deal to me, cheapest sat nav i've seen with European maps on.

This does store numbers as well as voice/manual dial.

This comes with battery, windscreen mount, car charger, sd card pre packed with UK, Ireland and European maps. This also comes with the B2 hands free adaptor that clips onto the bottom of the sat nav - In the picture you can see it with the green and red phone buttons (This costs around £30 seperatley)

It comes with warranty and user manuals and mine came boxed new - It had not been opened.

I think this is a fab sat nav - was expecting lots of cold voters and nasty comments so thanks for being so positive :-D

Oh and those of you who are put off by the maps on this sat nav being 'Tele Atlas 2006' i have just been on Navman.co.uk and downloaded the latest software update (its free). I have just purchased a USB cable that is compatible for this sat nav - Bought it for £1.88 delivered from Ebay.

Once my usb cable comes i just plug the sat nav into the PC and run the software and there we go - Updated maps! No need to pay £30/£40 for updated software. I have also heard you can run Tom Tom software on this - But im not going to bother as i think its brill as it is. :-D

Is this street level European Mapping or major roads only? I'm going to be in Seville, Spain for the next 9 months and need a sat-nav to find my way around. The other option is a Garmin Nuvi200 from Amazon for £79.99, is this equivalent?

Street Level i presume - Can you not find that out on the Navman website? Or maybe email them? With me only using UK i didnt really read into the European countries.
