Looking at the model, this is more compact than iCN 310, 320 or 330 model. Also, Windows Mobile 2003 software is big +.
This seems to have been overlooked. Its a cracking deal. We have seen some PC World offers posted over the last few months for an HP Ipaq PDA with Sat Nav but this is better as the GPS receiver is integrated. This would have been over £200 a few months back and is selling through Expansys for £239.

You have a PDA and Sat Nav one!

Must hold on to my money....very tempting!
Good bump and comments kevinyork! I think it's because it's not a name like "iPaq" so people are a little more wary. Not sure...
Thanks Kevin :)

May the title wasnt very helpful before. I have now amended it to read better.
Anyone know if this is totally unlocked as far as windows and the gps reciever goes and you could install tom tom on it?

I couldn't see there being an issue installing TomTom on this as it would just install from the SD card and you'd just need to select other NMEA GPS on Serial Cable on SP2 I'd guess

I've gone for this with the plan to use TomTom on it
The unit is very similar to the Garmin M5 / Acer n35, sharing most of the same features and having the same kind of form factor.

Time to first fix is not too shabby at 50 seconds straight from the box although the Samsung ARM 9 266 MHz leaves the PiN a little underpowered in these days of 600MHz processors; it is however adequate for the task at hand: Navigation. SD cards insert in to the top of the unit, allowing a user to easily swap cards as and when required. The build quality is reassuringly good with the unit feeling sturdy and reliable. The screen is nice, although a little too reflective (as ever a screen protector will solve this problem). Colours are vibrant and the resolution is goods with sharp graphics.
