32 inch LCD TV - was 142,000 points, now 71, 000.

If like me you collect nectar points, there seems like a good deal on their online site of redeeming items. The original nectar redeem values have been halved, some even more than half.

I myself dont have that many points, but have managed to get an ice cream maker. Some people probably wont have that many points, but i know that others save up may have lots of points. Hope it helps someone :)

How do you redden points?
log into online account - click on tab spend points and then on philips icon.

then you select what you want and follow the steps to buy with your nectar points.
great find thanks. Just ordered the phillips mirror clock radio for just 2500 nectar points
So how many point equel what?

I have always wondered about nectar, but 141,000 points for a tv, would it take 3 years worth of shopping for that ?
500 points to swap instore at argos/sainburys is £2.50
so 1,000 - £5
5,000 -£25
10,000 - £50
71,000 - £355

Think im right - but maths is not my best area.
Also even though i shop at sainsburys, very few of my points come from there. Most have come from bonus points offers - e.g. the O2 dongle which gave just short of 4000 points for the purchase of a £10 dongle - and i know lots from here got them on that offer.

If this telly is 71,000 points then with 500 points=£5 effectively then this means they're valuing it at £710.

I know nectar points are given everytime you shop at certain places as a reward for 'free' but surely the reward offers should be realistic in value..i'd rather be offered £710 cash-i know i could get a really good tv with that and the deals found on this forum.

Anyway have some heat as its a lot better value than it was.
oh well apparently it is-well not far off..i should've done a search beforehand.

Go for it if you have the points i'd say!
32 inch TV for £355 ?

If other items are similaryly valued, doesn't sound too hot from me.
The nose trimmer sounds like a must-have....!
