Will it deliver calls / SMS from the hosted SIM to any iOS device or is it purely for iPhones?

Had a quick look, cant access Data services through the SIM so thats lost my interest.

I don't use iPods, but I would have though it wouldn't have the "phone" app. However, it will work on anything that allows you to wifi call. For example if you you have an iPad without a sim card where you can make calls using wifi then this will allow you to make calls using the sim card in this device.

At the bottom of the link it says iTouch, iPad and iPhone.

I don't use iPods, but I would have though it wouldn't have the "phone" app. However, it will work on anything that allows you to wifi call. Sure, but with Android phones if you want a dual SIM phone there's a whole host you could choose from. So no need for this.

alternatively, tether to a mifi device in your bag. then use Skype or similar for calls / Facebook messenger for texts.
