  The Steam version comes with a key that is redeemable on Origin. That's why I'm asking. It'd be weird if it was not the same on GMG.

  Itll be the Origin version im sure. All the NFS and similar franchise deals are for Origin these days.
  The game is alright, like a less fun version of Burnout.

  Even if it does not activate on origin you can email them and tell them where you bought it and the code and they'll probably add it to your origin account. They did it for me with my copy of Mass Effect 1. Their customer service is actually pretty good and they give you a 10% code off your next origin purchase if you contact their customer support.

  Just to let people know, yes the game does indeed work with Origin and capsule is not required. After purchase you get a key on GMG and you just enter it into Oriign and it will give a choice of 2 versions (a version for japan, and a version for all other places). Also Origin is only needed to download the game, it isn't required to run the game (like BF3)
  
  Also, if you have another account (and a bank card not tied to that account) you can also get the entire £4 back in credit, just refer yourself on your main account and create a new account using your own referral link. After purchase you will get £2 credit on each account, for £4 i just got Hot Pursuit (original purchase), World of Goo (£2 credit on my main account via referral) and Irukandji (£2 on my new account i got Hot Pursuit on) - on top of this you can also use the 20% off codes again :D.

  This is a quality game, you will easily get £4 worth of enjoyment from this before its slightly repetitive nature kicks in.

  I have been playing NFS games since ages and have pretty much played all the series and the releases. With that said I can say this is an amazing game and probably the best among all NFS releases, been playing hot pursuit since the day it was released !
  
  To be honest £4 for this game sounds more like an insult but since criterion games are planning to launch NFS most wanted 1st Nov the price for this is getting pushed down. Still there is a massive online community and even the offline play is fabulous.

  I have finished the entire game a long long time ago with a pirated copy. So this gives u an account for racing with other players online? Are there any people still playing this online?
