If you use the links I posted above (and use buy from the first link) then you will see it for the correct price.

Need For Speed: Shift (EA) PS3 shift into high gear with this action-packed high speed driving game £22.99 £26.44

You are most likely going to the product information page by pressing 'i', at which point it's the higher non today only price.

PS3 version is pants anyway. 360 version is better.

This is a superb game. 9/10 on IGN as well.

Both the ps3 & 360 version got 9 out of 10 on IGN, So why is the ps3 version worse ?

Thought Prostreet was absolute pants and rented this out and this is abit better but still pants. Price is good though. Just waiting for GT5 to come out and am willing to wait for that.

lols @ GT5 fanboys

Shift is a decent game. Yes, its a bit crap on the PS3 if you dont have a good wheel (the 13 year old pad design truely is awful). Grab a G25 or a half decent wheel and it plays fantastic though.

Unless like one of my mates, you're just crap at it, then it'll be a bad game no matter what happens, right...?

Good price, ive been playing need for speed pro street this evening which isnt as bad as everyone says it is. I brought pro street today in asda for £1, yes 1 whole pound. I would recommend for that price

True, thats probably about what Pro Street is worth to be honest.

But Shift is a completely different kettle of fish. Its actually pretty good, something that hasn't been said about an NFS game for a while.

Ditto what others have said about it being decent with a G25. I originally bought the 360 version but ended up returning it to Gamestation and swapping it for the PS3 version due to the force feedback being pretty crap with the 360 wheel.... (More to do with the wheel than the game though!)

Demo is superb, at this price it's superb value.

I have it on PC but want to play it on my new 42 inch LCD as the demo looks and plyas amazing on that.

The 360 and ps3 comparison is a load of crap, you hardly notice any difference at all in racing games as the scenery whizzes past so fast. This game gives a superb sense of speed and has fantastic graphics to boot anyway, whether it be on the ps3, xbox 360 or PC. It always amazes me how people nit pick screenshots to say "ooh look the shadows don't look right on that pic" or "omg look at the jaggies on the car".

Trust me YOU WILL NOT NOTICE them when you are whizzing down a straight at 100+ mph

does the g25 make you faster or is just more fun compared to the pad

atm ive not got much use out my g25 as it sucks on GRID and GT5 demo is just a joke of a game;-)
#26
i heard using a wheel makes racing games much harder. i find NFS shift quite hard even on easy AI.
#27
Now even cheaper, reduced to £25.29

It certainly gives you more precision when driving compared to a game pad. I have my wheel hooked upto a Playseat and it's fab although it does take some getting used to compared to a pad but once mastered I'd say I'm much faster with the wheel and pedals now...

Ordered but I got stung for the scansure charge, I'm sure I removed the option!!!
