Charger is no way worth £19.99, the game is only £35 in asda, rather save a fiver

Absolutely HOT for me. No doubt about it.

I bought this charger and its fab. Red for recharging and Green for when done.
Best thing I bought last year for the PS3.

I paid £19.99 at that time also so to get the game for less than £20 is a bargain.
If you aint, get it ordered now as this one should get hot.

Never had a problem with it and I also charge my official sony headset connected to this also as it has 2 usb slots.

:):thumbsup::roll::w00t:

Yeah sorry, not a great deal, ad the game itself is not worth the pricetag, not to mention the charging dock is tacky and ugly. I have one of these and i almost NEVER use it as it gets left around in the living room in everyones way and looks HIDEOUS.

I preffer the more simplistic usb cable, which can easily be stashed away after use.

Well as someone who was going to purchase this game anyway and was thinking of buying a charging dock a while back, i think it is a good deal the next cheapest for this game at the mo is around the £36 mark so for the extra 3 quid im happy with the dock its pretty good quality better than i was expecting. If i decide its cr*p then ill just return it without a receipt and hope for a cash refund of £19.99 then i get the game for £18
#15
Well the docking station has 4 5* reviews, so it must be decent. Anybody know if you have to take the card you ordered with online in order to pick up in store?

Want to order it for Nottingham so my GF can pick it up for our flat, but I'm in North Wales atm.

game.co.uk selling the game at £40
use the -£5 voucher trick to get it down to £35
you gain 350 reward points which worth £0.875
use quidco for a further 6% which is £2.1
final price= £32.02

I have at least 50 usb ports at home (multiple computer/laptops, nas, printer, mobile charger, playstation etc)
, why get a dock which might break down anytime?

By the way, just a little hint for ps3 users. You can charge from another device while playing! This makes docks even more useless! I mean while playing PS3 and the low battery info pop up, no worries, connect the usb to ps3 or any wall plug with usb or even a laptop in front of you, there you go!

Settle down lad. Break down anytime, wtf you on about ????

Its off the mains so charges quicker than USB anyway, It has 2 docks so one controller is already to go if the other dies. Swap them over and away you go again.....

Typical Loser comment..... Unbelievable.

Its about the deal and the deal is HOT due to getting the game and charger...... doh !!!

Good deal IF and only IF you were looking to buy BOTH items anyway

Oh well...I am trying to help in some way. The game will be on sale between £20-30 soon within weeks (maybe as soon as next week). And the value of the charger dock is doubtful, it is guarenteed made in China and not officially licensed by Sony. The picture shows a brand 'Gamesexpert' which is not one I heard or rely on.

Yes it is a good deal if people are really after both items. But dont be fooled by the dock offer and go for the whole package, there are loads of substitution products you can get.

At least I wont aggresively comment on anyone being loser or whatever :p

Does this game have OFFLINE Multiplayer?

The previous version didn't if I rightly remember.
#22
good deal thanks
#23
good deal 4 now til th price drops. Now just 2 decide whether or not i want another need for speed. Hmmm...
#24
sounds good but do you really think the game will drop below £30 before christmas? only asking as my kids want it but we have about 400 discounted woolworths AA batteries to get through so dont really need a charger at the mo!

This is a good deal, I bought this yesterday and got it from Argos as I didn't want to wait for delivery.

I was quite happy to pay £39 for the game, then put the charger on eBay.

The charging dock is excellent so I ended up keeping it, much tidier than having loose cables and looks nice next to the ps3.
